Beyond and Back (2)-
Recorded in 1994, began as a demo at Kerr/Macy Studios in Denver.
We took our first 3 tracks "Get Your Sun", "I'm In
Love With You," & "Live to Love You" to KBCO
in Boulder Colorado. To our surprise, Scott Arbaugh played all three
tracks on the air. Two months later Scott mailed us back for a Studio
C session and we recorded "Tommy Bolin Tribute" live for
60,000 radio listeners. Being accepted as the final track for Studio
C #4, inspired us to record a full album. We completed our effort
at Colorado Sound. Ordy, Jeff & I recorded. The drums, bass
and guitar live, and the timbales, talking drum, keys, and vocals,
completed in alternate takes. This new release was resequenced and
remastered at Mountain Works Studio (303)567-9011 ask for Bill.

Cultura
Recorded from 1996-97, this is very close to my heart in that I
have not performed acoustically with my twelve string since I was
12. The power trio tracks were recorded with a lot of love and help
from my friends: Elisa E on drums Juan De Dios on bass and Kirby
Orik as engineer. The title track "Cultura" is about the
30th anniversary of Che Guevara's death. I recruited the writing
prows of my mother, Juanita for the lyrics. Brian Miklich played
drums and our engineer Jeramy Lawton played Hammond Organ. The rest
of the songs express my love for the people I met in Texas. Bill
W. helped with the final mix and mastering.

Texas Tone
Recorded 10/7/95 LIVE in Abilene, Texas in front of 3,500 people
waiting to hear Ted Nugent. Gregg Trujillo on drums and Tim Vigil
on bass who hail from Pueblo, Colorado played their ass's off on
this their third performance. "Tim Bale Bayou" and "Sacred
Spiral" feature another fine drummer from Pueblo named John
Gomez. These songs we recorded live in the studio on John's first
gig with us. "Funk It Up" the last track on Beyond &
Back features this fine rhythm section from these sessions. "Funky
Latin Blues" is overspill from Cultura and "Tulum"
was written for the spiritual awakening of Planet Earth and dedicated
to Jimmy Dunlop. The Texas performance was recorded off the board
for my review. The mastering talents of Bill Wilkerson helped me
decide to release this performance on compact disc.

Emilio Emilio Live-
This CD was recorded at the Bluebird theatre from the balcony with
a Sony Datman. The band consisted of: Dr.Manuel Gurule on congas and
percussion, Skip Reeves on drums, Joe Sellers on organ, Rich Lather
on bass And Emilio on guitar, vocals, and timbales. This band affectionately
referred to as "Bitches Brew", by Emilio. The night was
unique; the set list was not followed but maybe once or twice all
night -it was the night to jam music that had never been jammed before.
Some say it was the most outside performance ever recorded. The C.D.
was sold out in just one year, and is soon to be re-released.

The
Power Of Soul Changes -
recorded live at the
Bluebird Theatre by Studio Masters Randy Caballero, on 24 track Adat
andmastered on pro tools. Theband consisted of Skip Reeves on drums;
Jeff Andrews on bass; and Emilio on guitar, vocals, and timbales.
Emilio's son Emilio, age 5 introduced his Dad's band. The night was
full of extreme
energy, the set list was followed closely, and the guitar work is
amazing. The Hendrix came out in Emilio that night it was a special
performance. The title of the C.D. was a tribute to the band of gypsys
and the songs "Them Changes", and "Power To Love".
